Waiting for the programs to upgrade and then for the pop up window to pop up!:) That's the problem. It is simply a message box that tells me my userid is Kelly Anne and wants my password. I do not recall setting up a password and the one I use to access my account is my email address and my password for that. I have tried every single password I have ever used since I have been connected to the Net and I'm getting no where. I am the Administrator so I should be able to change the password somewhere. Highly frustrating, especially considering my license expires in September:).
