The strange is that I create the Web Application in Visual Studio and immediately I run it without make changes in files. I just created the project and it has given immediately these two errors. ---------------- I will try to install AJAX toolkit, but all computers in laboratory have same installation, but not all computer has this problems. I will try these steps: • Build a starting project from a computer where it work, then share it to the students where it not work, if it's only a creating project bug maybe this can fix it. • Try same thing as point 1, but using VS 2015 version. • Install AJAX Tools. • If not of above fix the problem, then I will use Virtual Machine (if something after some time will start going wrong, then I will restart machine quickly).

You still have not taken the final step of using Dependency Walker to find out if there is another DLL that is missing that the main DLL depends on.
